The four the chamber names
The chamber keeps its own diary on its own site. Individual dates are not copied across, because a stale duplicate of someone else’s calendar helps nobody.
Annual General Meeting
The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of members and interested shareholders. A memorable night of networking and updates, the AGM is one of AmCham’s most exciting events of the year as it gives Members the opportunity to reflect on the year’s achievements, plan for the next twelve months and find out who has been elected to the Board of Governors. The President and Executive Director provide a report of the Board and a report of the previous year’s accounts and financial statements, before Members indulge in a festive, holiday-themed dinner buffet.
Meet and Mingle
Meet and Mingle is a casual networking series hosted by AmCham Cambodia, thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming space for professionals from a wide range of industries to come together outside of the traditional business setting. With participants from sectors such as hospitality, finance, education, technology, healthcare, logistics, and more, Meet and Mingle provides a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse cross-section of Cambodia’s business community.
CSR Excellence Awards
On December 18, 2025, we hosted “AmCham’s 7th Annual CSR Charity Night” at Rosewood, we were inspired by the incredible CSR initiatives led by our members, making a real difference in our communities. Thanks to the generosity of our members and attendees, we have raised nearly $5,000 to support displaced families affected by the recent border conflict.
Stars and Stripes Soirée
The Stars and Stripes Soirée is AmCham Cambodia’s signature celebration of American Independence Day. This festive event brings together the American expatriate community, Cambodian friends, and international partners to honor U.S. heritage while promoting connection, culture, and community. This is a special year as we are celebrating 75 years of diplomatic relations between the U.S.A. and the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Where the Board is elected, and what it reports
The Annual General Meeting is the one date in the year the Charter turns on. The chamber publishes the applicants for each election and the report of the previous year on the same page.
